As product knowledge is essential to our Industry, Las Carretas organized a joint training with all restaurants held at our Damansara Branch on Sunday, 17 October 2010.

Training was focused on Butchery, Portion Control, Cooking Methods and Presentation for our Kitchen Brigade while our Service Brigade focused on the Art of Serving and Tasting Wines and Champagnes.
