On Tuesday, 18 August 2015, Chef Victor was invited by Beyond Culinary to tutelage on the Know-How's on Sous Viding Cooking Technique.
It was an intensive 8 hour Course with modules focusing on the Basics right up the advantages of cooking with Sous Vide.
The audience consisted of Chefs from the Hotels, Caterers, and Restaurateurs.
