This one-night-only event features a 4-course set dinner crafted by Chef Victor Siow of Las Carretas and Chef Eric Siew of Abanico. The menu highlights the very best of Australian beef, including premium cuts such as Brisket, Rump, Shin, Short Ribs, and Wagyu Picanha—each dish thoughtfully prepared to highlight the bold, rich flavors of Aussie beef.
